Our History
Imago Tech’s journey began in the early 2000s with a strong foundation in enterprise technology and financial process optimization. Our expertise was built through years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, specializing in procurement, financial systems, and large-scale enterprise implementations. By 2010, our founder transitioned from financial control to IT consultancy, taking on a role as an SAP FI/CO consultant at Fleury. This marked the beginning of an extensive career in global ERP implementations, working with companies like Louis Dreyfus, Ajinomoto, BRF, and Monsanto to enhance procurement and supply chain processes. Throughout the early 2010s, our work expanded into multinational rollouts, leading procurement system customizations for industry leaders such as ABB, Solvay, and Umicore.
The mid-2010s were a period of rapid growth and international expansion. By 2014, our expertise in global enterprise rollouts took us to CooperStandard, where we played a key role in adapting the company’s global SAP template to Brazilian legal and tax requirements. From 2016 to 2018, we spearheaded procurement and supply chain implementations across South America, Central America, and Africa for Eurofarma, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in diverse regulatory environments. During this period, our experience deepened in integrating procurement technology with financial systems, optimizing purchasing workflows, and leading enterprise-wide digital transformations. In 2018, a strategic shift towards procurement technology led us to Ivalua, marking a pivotal transition from SAP-based financial consulting to a focus on procurement and contract lifecycle management solutions.
Between 2019 and 2021, our expertise in procurement technology grew through high-impact projects across North America and Europe. We played a key role in the first public sector implementation of Ivalua in Canada, supporting the Province of British Columbia in modernizing its procurement operations. In 2021, recognizing the growing need for specialized procurement technology consulting, Imago Tech was officially founded. One of our earliest major projects was the Rolls Royce Depex implementation in Europe, where we successfully delivered complex KPIs and integrated multiple systems. Shortly after, we expanded our presence in the U.S. public sector, developing new features and integrations for the State of Maryland and creating the core engine for Relish Data Assure, enhancing procurement intelligence and analytics capabilities.
From 2023 onward, Imago Tech has continued to strengthen its global presence, delivering significant procurement technology enhancements, including key improvements for major enterprises in sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and public administration. Our work with large-scale procurement transformations, system integrations, and automation has positioned us as a leader in contract and procurement management solutions. Today, Imago Tech stands as a trusted partner for digital transformation, combining decades of experience with cutting-edge procurement technology to help organizations optimize processes, drive efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.
